Jessica
I thrive in the details of what makes people more attractive to themselves and others.
I pride myself on offering "Sneaky Beauty." I don't want people to notice the services I've performed on you.
I want people to simply notice you.
2003 - The Beginning
NYC and Anastasia Beverly Hills
I started my career over a decade ago in 2003 working for celebrity eyebrow guru, Anastasia Soare, of Anastasia Beverly Hills.
I was part of her Times Square Brow Studio in NYC, where she personally hand trained me sharing her balanced brow aesthetic.
Soon, I became the cosmetologist to whom she referred her personal NYC clientele.
While working in NYC, I represented Anastasia in magazines and TV for my eyebrow advice and artistry.

In 2005, I moved to Portland, OR with the Anastasia Beverly Hills company where I turned a failing location into the number one location in the nation in one year.
In 2007, I moved to San Francisco and for almost four years I continued using and retailing the Anastasia Beverly Hills brow products and design method at Cinta Salon.
2007 trainings
I learned threading.
Threading allows me to design no matter how sensitive the skin type.
2008 trainings
I received my first lash extension certification by Lavish Lashes.
2009 trainings
After my first year of working with Lavish Lashes, I was chosen to receive their trainer certification to be the trainer for San Francisco.
While at Cinta, I was also a guest lecturer for eyebrow design and threading at the Cinta Aveda Institute.

2011 Brow and Lash Specialist-Jessica Devereux opened
In 2011, I was ready to open my own salon with the help of Sola Salon Studios in downtown SF.
After six months, I had the honor of being exclusively supported by my established clientele, unable to book new clients.
2014
After having my first child in 2014, my clients graciously understood my decision to stay home in order to focus on family.
2018 Soft reopening, 2 kids later.
Now with my family complete, I have since relocated to the North Bay
and reopened with Sola Salon Studios in downtown San Rafael.
2017 Trainings
To prepare for my re-entry,
I traveled to LA to train with Beverly Hills Microblading, and I am currently testing inks on myself.
While in LA, I was certified in volume extension techniques through My Brand Lashes.
and was certified to provide the YUMI keratin lash lift service with the US lead educator, Elysee of Yumilashes USA Inc.
2018 Trainings
In the Spring, I had the privilege to have advanced training with Borboleta Beauty in volume lash techniques.
I traveled down to LA for a second microblading/shading coarse with Beverly Hills Microblading
In June I spent the day in LA with a celebrity brow stylist named Kelley Baker. Kelley Baker is trusted by Zendaya, Lucy Hale and a hand full of Kardashian's to name a few. I am honored to share her tips.
2019 was a huge year for trainings.
I trained with and was certified by Novalash, which allows me to use Novalash award winning adhesive.
It has amazing retention and unlike most adhesives, it likes oil.
I took a Russian perfect line volume techniques class from a power house in the lash industry, Iliana creator of Revoläshion.
I took a "Kim K" wispy volume techniques class from international lash competition judge, Anthony of Lady Lash Lounge.
I traveled to LA again for the lash lift "Keratin Lash Infusion" training with industry leader, Jenn Boyd of Jenn Boyd Ink.
The class was taught by the lead trainer Amy Miller of Blume Beauty in LA.
There is nothing like this product on the market!
I took a second training with YUMI lash and brow in SF to learn their new formula in order to provide brow lamination.
2020 & Covid 19
Over these almost two years after reopening in the North Bay,
I have had the honor and privilege to be supported by relationships dating back to my arrival in 2007,
as well as make many new beauty relationships.
In 2019, I opened my Petaluma studio in addition to my San Rafael Studio
to test if it was possible to work where I live,
and with less than a year of working in Petaluma,
I saw enough support to work exclusively in my beauty studio in Petaluma by March 2020.
It was a hard decision to let go of San Rafael.
I loved meeting some of my favorite people half way
and I hope everyone will understand the desire to work close to home.
Covid 19 has put a curve ball in play, so stay tuned by following me on IG @jessica_devereux
and as always, my website will be updated with full business details.
Stay safe and thank you so much for your time and trust,
Jessica
By working with the natural shape and hair direction,
as well as the proportions of each individual’s facial features,
I can tailor a balanced brow that flatters and flows effortlessly.
